Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
The Project Team Roles and Responsibilities template is used to describe each of the core project team's roles and responsibilities as well as the resource name(s) identified to assume each role(s).
The Project Team Roles and Responsibilities template is designed to identify:
- All resource requirements for the project.
- The major responsibilities that each resource will be required to fulfill in order to meet the project's needs.
- The name(s) of the resources to be assigned to the project.

Team Behaviours/Rules
The Team Behaviours/Rules template is used throughout the project to help teams monitor their performance as a project team.
The Team Behaviours/Rules template is designed to identify:

Scope Statement
The Scope Statement template is used to identify the basis for making future project decisions and for confirming or developing a common understanding of project scope among the customers and other stakeholders.

- Create a documented basis for an agreement between the project manager, the project customer and the project sponsor, by identifying both the project goal and major project deliverables.
- Confirm and develop a common understanding of the project scope among all stakeholders.
- Reiterate the project manager's (and project team's where applicable) understanding of the project's mandate.
- Establish the criteria that will determine if the project (or phase of the project) has been completed successfully.
Stakeholder Analysis
The Stakeholder Analysis template is used to record the internal and external customers and other stakeholders who will be directly affected or impacted by this project.

- Determine the internal and external customers and other stakeholders whose interests may be positively or negatively affected by the project.
- Identify the needs of these project stakeholders.
