• Create a summary document of the project's experiences that can be used as part of project Lessons Learned.

Project Close-Out Evaluation

The Project Close-Out Evaluation template is used to record what the project team and organization can learn from what happened throughout the execution of the project.

The Project Close-Out Evaluation template is designed to:

• Identify what future project teams can learn from this project that will make their projects better.
• Document the issues, concerns and challenges experienced by the project sponsor, project manager, project team, project resources and stakeholders.
• Document the opportunities this project presents for future project managers and project teams.
